Lead the Worship, Production, and Creative teams to provide an excellent worship experience for all who attend our weekend service and special events.
Qualifications:
- Clear evidence of a mature and growing walk with Christ.
- Walk in accordance to the basic qualifications of Pastors found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 & Titus 1:5-9.
- 2-5 years of experience leading worship in multisite churches.
- Experience Pastoring/shepherding/leading according to Ephesians 4: equipping Saints for the ministry.
Leadership:
- Recruitment, training, placement, scheduling & care of Dream Team Members (DTM’s) for worship and production.
- Develop people and processes to ensure excellence across all campuses.
- Oversee the development of a dynamic worship team and culture at The Bridge (Student Ministry).
- Lead the preparation and execution of the worship experience at one of our two campuses.
- Champion a worship culture across all DC environments that is dynamic, spirit-filled, and truth-based.
Tasks:
- Lead and Shepherd the individuals on the Worship and Production teams.
- Engage, equip, & empower leaders through the Leadership Pipeline.
- Champion a small group culture with your leaders and teams.
- Cast a clear and compelling vision for worship at Discover, which includes leadership development, a defined worship culture, budgeting, recruiting, and practical training.
- Partner with the Creative team to create spirit-filled, unforgettable worship experiences and worship nights.

- Maintain balance with God first, spouse second, kids/family third, and ministry fourth.
- Commit to honoring God with their finances by giving at least 10% of their income to Discover Church. (Matthew 6:21)
- Shepherd and lead the leaders under your care. (Ephesians 4, Proverbs 27:23)
- Be loyal to the vision, values, culture, and staff of Discover Church and always protect the unity of the body.
- Invest and invite the lost to know Jesus and come to Discover Church.
- Be engaged in Biblical community through Discover Church.
